Our RULE OF LIFE 

When we got married, my wife wrote a "Rule of Life" for our family. It's a guide for our life's journey together with Christ.  We hope it provides inspiration for your "Rule of Life."

BRONSTON RULE OF LIFE:

Invited into a story of life redeemed by Jesus, we seek to live whole & nourished by the Spirit of God.

Because of Jesus, we are steadily rooted in deep peace & our lives are continuously shaped by mercy & grace. 

 

In daily life, we aim to dwell in balanced rhythms of hard work & rest.  Our hospitality will be filled with warmth & simplicity.  We will value authentic connection & space for the soul.  

​

Life at our table & in our home should always point to the bigger invitation to be known and loved by God.  As works of art crafted by God, we will enjoy healthy attitudes towards mind, body & spirit.

We will be listeners & encouragers, speaking life into others & honoring their personal dignity.  We will rejoice with those who rejoice & mourn with those who mourn.  We will serve & share generously, and our love for others will be sincere.

We will be joyful in hope, patient in affliction & faithful in prayer. Our resilience is found in the hope of the resurrection. Clinging to what is good, we believe that evil will be overcome.

We will be kind & brave as we tell the story of Jesus with our whole lives.
